The tracking ID will be allotted when your book is packed and waiting to be shipped. It will get activated only after the book is fully printed, binded, packed, and shipped.
Right now, it may show “No order found” because the shipment has not yet been dispatched or its not been picked up by courier company.
Our process has 4 stages:
Printing → Cover processing → Binding → Packing & Shipping
Only after all stages are marked “Done” in our system, the tracking ID gets activated automatically.
Also, repeatedly asking for updates will not speed up the process.
All real-time updates are available on our tracking page, as our system is fully automated to make the process simple, transparent, and friction-free for you.
Once shipped, you’ll see live courier updates automatically.
return, damage, refund, claim policy
No unboxing video = No claim / No refund.
Shipping-related issues such as damage or delivery delay are not under our control.
Shipments sent via India Post, Amazon, or DTDC are not insured.
No refund or replacement will be provided for loss or damage during transit.
Manufacturing Defects
(Examples: loose binding, printing error)
• Must be reported within 2 days of receiving the parcel
Refund eligibility:
- 60% refund of printing cost only (paper cost excluded) — if the unused product is returned
- 30% refund of printing cost only (paper cost excluded) — if return is not possible
Return Conditions
- Returned products must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
